Virginia – Christian Leadership Programs
These programs equip students to learn and apply sound Biblical leadership training such as values, vision, planning, motivation, and organizational development to embrace, understand, and live as an effective Christian leader. These programs of study are suited to the student who desires extensive training for the purpose of leadership in the local church, non-profit, or workplace. Students will learn to understand how to apply Christian and organizational leadership knowledge, theories, and skills within a global context. Through course content and experienced faculty, in both ministry and marketplace leadership roles, the student will be able to learn but also be coached through this process. We are all called to leadership in some way, but not all the same way. This program is designed to equip you for leadership to wherever God has called you!

Solid biblical training from accomplished faculty with years of ministry experience.
This program of study equips students to learn and apply sound Biblical leadership training such as values, vision, planning, motivation, and organizational development to embrace, understand, and live as an effective ministry leader. All of the courses within this program may also count toward one of the bachelor’s degree programs at Manna U. In addition to the 31 credit hours of academic studies, students are required to fulfill the Leadership in Action requirement.
Outcomes
- Educate (Foundational Leadership and Theological Knowledge): Students will have a foundational understanding of Christian leadership principles and the theological basis for leadership within the church and secular environments.
- Equip (Leadership Skills and Team Dynamics): Students will have essential knowledge and skills needed to mentor others, lead diverse teams, and communicate the Word of God effectively.
- Empower (Practical Ministry and Leadership Experience): Students will have practical ministry and leadership experiences through required practicums.

All of the courses within this program may also count toward one of the bachelor’s degree programs at Manna U. In addition to the 64 credit hours of academic studies, A.C.L. students are required to fulfill the Leadership in Action requirement.
Outcomes

Master of Christian Leadership
The Master of Christian Leadership Program (M.C.L.) is a graduate degree designed to equip emerging leaders for leadership in ministry and the marketplace. Students in this program learn how to diagnose a variety of organizational issues from a biblical perspective grounded in the cutting edge of leadership theory. Our M.C.L. faculty are highly published scholars and practitioners with decades of global leadership experience.
The M.C.L. is for anyone who desires to “elevate” their leadership potential through academic and practical training.
In this program you’ll study strategic leadership, global leadership, organizational theory and application, and various research methods. You’ll put it all together in a culminating project designed to test and apply your newly acquired knowledge and skills.
