About The Scholarship
Manna University is a chapter of the Omega Nu Lambda Honor Society, the only national honor society exclusive to online students. This scholarship fund has been created to assist online students as they combine their scholastic responsibilities with home and family life, work, and ministry.
Students who are members of the ONL Honor Society are welcome to apply for this scholarship. If awarded, this scholarship will be disbursed as a one-time amount per academic year, up to $300, to cover any present balance in a recipient’s account. Awarded funds may not be used to reimburse a student for previous payments to their account.
Scholarship Eligibility
Scholarship applicants must meet the following criteria for eligibility:
- Students must carry a 3.2 cumulative GPA or better after 15 credit hours of online studies to become members of the Omega Nu Lambda Honor Society.
- In order to determine financial need, applicants will be asked to submit their EFC code (complete the FAFSA federal form to receive this) as well as a short essay (3-5 sentences) describing their current financial need.
- Eligible students may receive one funded and one unfunded scholarship at a time.
