Religious Studies

Designed as a flexible program for those whose calling does not fit neatly into another degree, or those who have a variety of interests, this interdisciplinary degree offers the most flexibility of all of our graduate programs. Designed around a core of 15 semester hours in Bible/Theology, this degree also includes 15 semester hours of Elective credit which allows students to custom-tailor their Graduate School experience. Students can choose courses from our Graduate course offerings, such as Counseling, Christian Leadership, Intercultural Studies, or Pastoral Ministries, in order to create a program that best suits their calling. All students in this program also complete a Research Methods course and a Culminating Experience thesis.

  • The MARS is arguably the most flexible graduate degree offered at Manna U. Not only does the degree serve as a degree completion program for those who’ve already earned graduate credit, it also functions as an interdisciplinary degree built on a Bible and theology core. The MARS can be used in a variety of fields such as: 

    • Ministry = Lead pastors, executive/staff pastors, church planters, Christian counseling, international missions, non-profit administration 
    • Marketplace = Office administration, higher education (teaching and administrative), secondary education, small business operations
