Click on the icon at the top of Manna University’s website to login to your manna.edu account (see below).
If you are logged in to another Microsoft account Populi will not be able to read your manna.edu login credentials and will give an error message.
Try this > log out of all other Microsoft accounts, then login to your manna.edu account and click on the Populi link again. If that doesn’t solve it, please be in touch (see contact details below) and our team will be glad to help!
Tip > if you have more than 1 Microsoft account try using a different browser for each account (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, for example). You may also need to log out of that other account for that browser before you can log in to your manna.edu account and access Populi (you can do this in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window).
Yes. We’ve set up your Populi account to recognize your manna.edu account credentials. This is called Single Sign-On, so you only need to remember one username and password (hooray!). This is why you see a sign-in page that looks like the one below.
Students can now reset their manna.edu account password on the email login page (hooray!).

The security of your account is very important to us, so you will be asked to set a strong password for your manna.edu account. Your new password should be 8 characters or more, and it can be any combination of letters, numbers, and symbols (hint: your favorite Bible verse contains a capital letter, lowercase letters, numbers, and a colon – and it’s easy to remember!).
No. If you are already logged in to your manna.edu account your Populi account should open when you visit the Populi login page (only one password – isn’t that handy?).
For this reason, we have added these extra security measures:
You will be asked to set up an alternate means to verify that you are logging in to your manna.edu account. This can be your mobile phone or you can download Microsoft’s Authenticator app (see this PDF for tips).
Once you’ve set that up, you will only have to use the 2-step verification once per device that you use to login.
