Outcomes Reporting
Manna University aims to prepare leaders for a life of Kingdom service
The completion of a degree does not in itself indicate success in this regard, but it is a strong metric for those who desire to pursue a full program of study.
This page shows outcome data that reflects program completion and retention rates (objective measures), as well as alumni outcomes (subjective measures). More data will be added in the near future to display qualitative and quantitative data that tracks outcomes in conjunction with program learning objectives, as well as Leadership in Action fulfillment (undergraduate Christian service requirement).
Manna University does not guarantee or imply placement of students after graduation. Assistance and career guidance will be made available to students and alumni.

Annual Cohorts
Manna University saw 54 graduates in its twenty-second commencement ceremony on May 17, 2025. The following sections show detailed information on cohorts from various academic years; the final section provides explanations for how these data are calculated. In following IPEDS standardization on outcomes reporting, Manna University tracks cohort graduation and retention rates after six years, or 150% of the standard time allotted for completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Alumni Outcomes and Employment Data
A survey was conducted in June 2025 of 324 alumni. 20 responded, with 95% reporting that they use their degree in some way.
Details
- 80% reported that they are employed in an occupation directly related to their major.
- 85% reported that they built on their studies by pursuing further learning.
- 30% reported that they engage in unpaid Christian service directly related to their major.
Survey Results Rationale
Alumni were given the following options to choose from. Some chose more than one option, according to their situation, while others only selected one.
- I am employed in an occupation directly related to my major (e.g., if Divinity, employed in vocational ministry; if Christian Leadership, employed in a position of leadership).
- I engage in unpaid Christian service directly related to my major (e.g., if Worship, serving on worship team at local church; if Christian Leadership, leading a small group or serving at a non-profit).
- I built on my studies by pursuing further learning (e.g., completed an Associate degree and pursued/are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; completed a Bachelor’s degree and pursued/are pursuing a Master’s degree).
- None of these apply.
