Student Record Release Authorization (FERPA)

Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) students have the right to restrict the release of certain records (grades, billing, tuition, fees, financial aid, and other student information) maintained by Manna University (Manna U). Students also have the right to inspect and review their education records, and to request an amendment to them.

Additionally, students have the right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education concerning alleged failures by Manna U to comply with the requirements of FERPA. The name and address of the office that administers FERPA is:
