The CARES Act allows the U.S. Department of Education to provide higher education institutions with emergency financial aid grants to help students cover expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to coronavirus. This is known as the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund – Student Aid (or HEERF- Student Aid).
The Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund III (HEERF III) is authorized by the American Rescue Plan (ARP), Public Law 117-2, signed into law on March 11, 2021, providing funds in support to institutions of higher education to serve students and ensure learning continues during the COVID-19 pandemic. Manna University aims to prioritize this funding stream in order to get money in the hands of students who demonstrate significant need as quickly as possible.
Students can complete this form to request HEERF III Student Grant Funds from Manna University. Completed forms will be evaluated and you will be contacted by our administration when a decision is made.

1) Students who were/are enrolled in at least one Fall 2021 course and are U.S. citizens are welcome to apply for HEERF III Student Grant Funds.
2) In order to determine need, this application calls for an applicant’s EFC number. The first step is to complete the FAFSA federal form at this website: https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/fafsa, designating Manna University as the school you are interested in attending. 3) Applications for Fall 2021 HEERF Student Grant Funds should be submitted by Friday, November 19, 2021 at 11:59pm (EST).
